The hotel was a bit noisy due to the traffic on the road but had a convenient location near the city center of Vicenza. The rooms were in another building at the back and unfortunately didn't allow pets. The service was excellent and very helpful, especially during the C19 restrictions. The location seemed clean and safe, with easy access to a nearby shopping mall. The dining was good enough with a colocated Trattoria, but might need some improvements to truly shine as a 4-star hotel.
The hotel had very comfortable rooms with modern amenities like free Wi-Fi, air conditioning, and an LCD TV, but unfortunately did not allow pets. The location was nice and clean, with a kitchenette area and next to a shopping center, making it convenient for a stopover. The service was outstanding, with a friendly and warm staff who were courteous and helpful despite language barriers.
My stay at the hotel was fantastic! The room was one of the best I've experienced in Vicenza, with great amenities like a satisfying wired Internet connection, a big screen TV with HDMI input, and a mini-kitchen. The tile floors were a nice touch, especially in the summer.
The hotel had a few drawbacks with the room not matching the booked one and being somewhat hard to find. On the positive side, it offered a flat screen TV with English movie channels. The service was exceptional with super friendly staff and an energetic vibe. The location was excellent, especially for accessing the mall and exploring the area. Dining had its ups and downs, with a good selection of items but not the best quality. Overall, the facilities were decent.
The hotel room was quite spacious, albeit a bit dated, featuring a kitchenette, air conditioning, a king-sized bed, and a couch/bed. The variety in room decor was rich, but I felt it was a bit small considering the original room price we paid.

The dining experience was decent, with good options available if you arrived early. The in-room WiFi was outstanding, but there were issues with replenishing items as time passed. The facilities were sufficient but nothing extraordinary.
